The club dues help purchase leader resources, club store products, clubber's starter pamphlets, and handbook. After your child completes the starter pamphlet, parents will possibly need to purchase a vest or shirt (if a child is new to a club or has grown out of their previous one). Awana Registration Agreement

By registering my child(ren) for the Ravenswood Baptist Church Awana program, I acknowledge and agree to the following:




  1. Photo/Video Consent
    I understand that photographs and/or video recordings of my child may be taken during Awana activities. I grant Ravenswood Baptist Church permission to use these images or recordings for ministry purposes, including publications, presentations, and social media, without compensation.




  2. Assumption of Risk
    I understand that Awana activities involve active games and other physical activities. While Ravenswood Baptist Church follows established child safety policies, I recognize there are inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks for my child’s participation.




  3. Release of Liability
    I agree to release and hold harmless Ravenswood Baptist Church, its staff, volunteers, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from my child’s participation in Awana, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.




  4. Medical Authorization
    In the event of an injury or emergency, I authorize the Awana leaders to seek necessary medical treatment for my child and agree to be responsible for any resulting costs.
